Dr was kind and has gotten me all the appropriate therapy and appts however dealing with the front desk is exhausting I’ve been calling for a week and some change now to get a doctors note required by my job and continue to get the run around that it was sent it is in its way to my email and it doesn’t happen. I’ve had to call multiple times and I’m just getting blatantly lied to. The receptionist also get an attitude when you state facts and ask relevant questions.
