Yes. Be careful, be very careful. Years ago I saw Michelle (or rather a staff member) for HRT, watched the videos all about payments and penalties. Michelle handed me a script through a window (No exam mind you) and then she charged me/my insurance company the highest level new patient exam. To bill for that requires a very thorough physical exam by the licensed provider as well as medical history, ordering labs etc. She didn't order labs, not even blood work for HRT! I've been a patient for about four years now and I highly recommend Michelle Bautista. She is the most thorough and professional provider that I've experienced. She has guided me in achieving a much increased sense of wellness and well being. She is always courteous and empathetic.
My mother made an appt and had to cancel so she texted the “secured” text message 1 WEEK before appt date and the response she received was “ok. You will have to go find another clinic. Thank you” ???? What kind of a professional office is this? And it wasn’t like she canceled before or anything it would’ve been her first time going there? Very very unprofessional in my opinion, and we will gladly find another clinic.
