Terrible communication. Booking my intake was very easy. Everything after that has had me jumping through every hoop. I wanted a neurological physiological exam to be tested for ADHD, anxiety, PTSD, autism, ect. After my intake they make it literally impossible to book my exam. I've called multiple times/ multiple departments and have gotten no where. Now I cant even get a response and this has been since May.
Very happy with every experience I’ve had so far! I truly feel cared for.
The intake process was smooth and a much better experience than I was expecting. So glad we found this place.
