Amazing and weird (but still good) flavors
Awesome ice cream and lots of Vegan ice cream.
The Hop did not live up to the hype. Not only that, but they didn’t switch out the scooper between dairy ice cream and vegan ice cream – cross contamination! � – and the members of our party with dairy allergies weren’t made aware of this, and both got very ill. The flavors were weird, like they are trying too hard to be creative. Definitely would not recommend.

I’m terribly sorry for the poor experience, especially for those with allergies who were ill. We spend a great deal of time and energy training people on how to avoid and preventing cross contamination, and to hear that we did not uphold the standard we set in that regard is hugely disappointing. RecommendedMy family loves The Hop! We recently ordered the bulldog tracks ice cream cake and it was delicious! Other than the desserts being top notch the employees at both locations are extremely friendly and make your visit that much more enjoyable! Highly recommend!!
