From start to finish, Honey Do Service was fantastic. Nelson (Estimator), Tara (Office Manager), and Jason (Craftsman) were all professional and great to work with. Communication throughout the process was excellent. Nelson quickly evaluated our repairs and provided a detailed estimate. Tara kept us updated and worked with us to reschedule when weather caused delays. Jason did outstanding work repairing our fence, building a new gate, replacing old posts, and fixing a roof issue. Our first experience with The Honey Do Service will not be our last! The company responded quickly and scheduled a visit for an estimate. Nelson listened patiently and answered all my questions as I explained the repairs needed before offering a quote. Cody arrived promptly on the scheduled workdays. He was professional and polite. I was amazed at how tidy he kept the workspace even with repairs which were unavoidably dusty. Cody and Cain did a great job mounting my TV. They took great care on the placement and positioned it just as I wanted. Nice work.
Samson, Crystal, and Bob were all great to work with. Had some tile flooring put down and replaced some wood flooring around the dishwasher. Great communication from all. Easy to work with. Will use again and highly recommend.
