Wow, I was really impressed by the customer service of Derek and his crew!
I've been coming to Honey Baked for YEARS and I know what a proper ham is supposed to look like. That signature honey and sugar crust?? Barely there. Like where did it go. The slices were cut way too thick, which tells me whoever was back there was not trained properly. I've had much better from other locations so I KNOW this is not a "them" problem, it's a THIS location problem. The only reason this isn't one star is that the ham itself was decent enough and I did use the online ordering which let me bypass that ridiculous ... read more
Man oh man, wow...the people were helpful friendly and efficient... I got my HoneyBaked Ham faster than NASCAR can change a tire... Will be demolishing that ham tomorrow on Easter... Get yours before they run out...
