Being a loyal customer for Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, etc. I was very disenchanted with the service I received 16 AUG 2025 during Dream Cruise. I went to purchase a sandwich from there and to use the bathroom and a rude employee who made sure I didn't get her name told me on this day that I couldn't use the bathroom (claimed out of order).
