I haven’t been to this honey baked store in leisure World since last summer they have people there that are unpleasant and Disrespectful when you asked a question. It was a buy one get one free ham or turkey slices I bought a ham and a turkey the dates were close and I asked the lady about it and they say well that’s all we have so I took the packages to my car open up the turkey package and it had a smell so I went back in and I heard one of the old lady of color here he comes again and she went in the back to avoid me.I wa... read more
They have the best ham and turkey and other things. They are very respectful and take their time making sure your happy with what you get.
I have been to this store 3 times within the past month and found the staff very rude. They should not be in a service industry. Three times I was very rudely told, “It is easier to help you if we know what you want!” They talk down to customers!! I am an executive in sales and was appalled. Please note: Your brand has more to do with service than the product you sell. I won’t be back to this store; I will order online before I step foot in that store again. Good luck building relationships with your future customers!!

I love HoneyBaked Ham Store! I always get a ham at Thanksgiving and Christmas from them. Both meats are so tender and delicious! Also so convenient and saves me time to do other things. I highly recommend!! The stag members are friendly too!
I find the service super. Shoutout to Tabatha and Kearee. They go the extra mile for my strange no-carb diet. I went with an older friend and they rolled out the red carpet for us It's always fun to get the trivia question of the day right! (Even though I can't eat the treat). Prices are definitely a bit high for me, but heck, I wasn't paying. Fun, great lunch. Thank you
