Professional, knowledgeable, and honest are all words to describe the owner of The Home Wise Pros, Jay. I went with this company based off of a recommendation. My roof was in bad shape and needed an entire replacement (gutters too). Jay was onsite the entire time that his crew was working. He made sure I was in the loop. He sent me pictures and communicated with me every step of the way. No question was too big or small before and after the job was completed. Jay really went the extra to mile.
I am so glad I used Jay and The Home Wise Pros at the recommendation of a friend. After multiple bids on my roof job, Jay used the same quality, warranted product as the others at a fraction of the cost. He made everything very easy and kept me informed throughout the process. 5 stars is not enough, this company deserves 10! They replaced our entire roof from bare wood up with beautiful new shingles, replaced our old Gutter Helmet with a better product and replaced two skylights for a very reasonable price. The workmanship was superb and cleanup was phenomenal. In the 40 some years we have lived here, we have never had such professional, quality work done on our home!
I called Jay after our roof received storm damage. A tree branch speared it and we were in the height of rainy season. He quickly came out and did an assessment and spent time helping me understand the the nature of the repair. When I was negotiating with the insurance company, he actually explained to the assessor the scope of the repair so we could get a better settlement. The repair was done right away and with no fuss. Happy with the results! I highly recommend this company.

We were so pleased with our roof that we hired Home Wise Pros to install new gutters within a week of completion. From signing the contract to completion of all work, Mr. G kept us informed of all schedule changes, extra supplies needed, and possible delays. The price was competitive and Mr. G. was upfront with the possibility of additional costs, clearly explained why, and included that estimate in the initial contract. We couldn't ask for a better company. They arrived on time and got right to work. The new roof was completed in just 1 day and you would not even know they had been here. Not a single spike or nail was left anywhere and the roof is gorgeous.

I talked to 5 different contractors, Jay's pitch was amazing, and the work quality was MORE amazing. They took before, during and after pictures, and shared them all with me, so I could see what was going on. Talk about peace of mind. Not the cheapest roof out there, but far from the most expensive, and worth every penny. I've never had a better experience with a contractor of any sort. Can't recommend Home Wise Pros more highly.

When I had problems with the old roof I had, I was lucky enough to "find" Jay G and the Home Wise Pros. He and his team worked diligently on a very old and difficult roof! Jay even took the time to procure extra needed wood to finish the job!! He also came back to fix some caulking that had failed. He kept me informed all along the way. I was very glad that I "found" Jay and his company!!!
