The company's communication isn't that great. Also, Verifast, the screening company is horrible and apparently lazy. It's amazing I was denied because they couldn't verify employment when I provided them bank statements showing deposits as well as paystubs and the workday number and employer id. Oh and I have immaculate credit. I did receive a message stating they didn't receive my bank statements so I uploaded them again..twice. So the whole process was suspicious. This person applied for a home with us. We use a third-party rental verification system. Some of her documents came back as possible fraud with manipulation of the documents. We reached out to her to ask if she would like to submit different documents. She declined. We are sorry we are unable to approve everyone. We are hired to do a job, and that is what we were doing.
