I really was very impressed, and I don't impress easily. I was upside down on my house thanks to the drop in home values so I thought a refi was impossible. He promised that it wasn't on the radio, and though there was a hiccup at the start, they apologized and fixed it and in the end they helped me save over $300 per month all in a matter of a couple of weeks. I have used the home loan experts twice and both experiences were great. Everything went smooth and just as they told us.
Apparently Ryan doesn't want customers in Illinois or know the area very well. Illinois Residents - don't waste the phone call. They were unable to find an comps in our area to support the value of the house - all you had to do was look in our neighborhood and there are plenty. Nice to talk with, but a Waste of time.
