I've worked with a lot of companies and this company is not only great with mortgages but love what they do with the community and their past clients!
The ad on the Bud and Broadway Show leads you to believe they will help people get into a home. The guy that helped us was rude and acted as if he couldn't be bothered. Could care less about our income to debt ratio and when we asked him questions about funding with a VA loan he didn't even know what we were talking about. Not everyone fits into your pre filled box.

Loan closed but repeated requests for information was ridiculous. Very disorganized. Wanted to give feedback to Ryan, no calls, no contact. Reputation is based on advertising, not performance.
I have purchased three homes and done several refinances over the years and I have to say, Ryan Kelley's company knows what they're doing! Never have I experienced such a seamless and non-anxiety producing process in my life. A special shout out to Monte Gibbs and Heather Sherry for their excellent work and professionalism. I will most definitely call you again in the future next time I need someone from home mortgage.

You only cater to folks with great credit scores. What this country needs is folks who deal with PEOPLE, NOT NUMBERS. So, that being said, your commercials are a bunch of baloney! Thanks for nothing!!
