Mike has done numerous jobs - big and small - for me over many years. I have always been impressed with the finished results. Of his personal qualities that are beyond what I have normally witnessed are his creativity and partnership. I would lay the project before him, with possibly only an idea of what I wanted. The workman sent out, Jim A., did not complete the job. I called to ask for assistance in having the job finished and was told someone would call me back within 24 hours. When told they would set up a time for Jim to come back, I said I no longer trusted him in my home as, among other worrying issues, some tools had gone missing from my basement and I wanted a different person sent to finish the job.
