Requested help as my home elevator door on 3rd floor wouldn’t close properly. One company quoted a new Interlock Switch would be needed $3400. Bill took 10 seconds to diagnose that the switch was fine, the door hinge needed to be tightened as the door was to low to close properly and the switch position adjusted. Company’s like HECO are hard to find and people like Bill are even rarer! Thank you for your expertise and honesty!! No new parts needed and saved me $3,200.
