Mark, Mike and their team were absolutely amazing. We are not local, so the installation was for us, done from a far, but we were always communicated with and any questions were answered promptly. They were always on time, and kind people. There were no surprise costs. If I could give more than a five star review and recommendation, I would. Highly, highly recommend this wonderful company!
Just had a new elevator installed at my home. The crew that installed the equipment was outstanding. Professional, friendly, quiet and trustworthy. They were very careful to keep my home clean, as there was a good bit of in and out on 3 different floors. Installation was done in 3 days. It came in 1000 pieces and they put it together like engineering experts. Mark and staff were great. They came out quickly , found the problem. And repaired it quickly. And charged me half of the estimate. Especially considering it is a 2 hour drive one way to our home! I would recommend HECO to anyone!
