Mike McPhail came out to help us with our elevator today. His customer service was outstanding! He explained everything and gave us a better understanding of how the elevator works! He fixed a door that was sticking! We are so thankful for Mike!
The team at HECO were amazing. I was very nervous about our elevator failing and they reassured me immediately. Promptly scheduled a service visit and repaired the problem. Extremely responsive and super fast. Amazing service!!
HECO did an excellent job installing a new elevator in a garage apartment we built. The elevator is so quiet compared to the old elevators we're used to. Communication was great with Mark, the owner, and Mike, the field operations manager. Mike came over regularly and was very informative. The guys with the elevator install, particularly Fred and Manny, were so nice to talk to and did a great job. We would highly recommend this company for all your elevator needs.
They are currently installing an elevator in our 3 story home remodel. They are very professional and on time which is great help for our project. I would recommend to them anyone that is looking to add an elevator to their home.
Mark, Mike and their team were absolutely amazing. We are not local, so the installation was for us, done from a far, but we were always communicated with and any questions were answered promptly. They were always on time, and kind people. There were no surprise costs. If I could give more than a five star review and recommendation, I would. Highly, highly recommend this wonderful company!
