Purchased a fridge, stove, dishwasher and over the stove microwave over 2 weeks ago and still haven't received it. Evidently the stove is on back order (even though they said it'd be delivered it 6 days) so now no appliances for another 4 weeks they say it can't be delivered separately and if I were to pick up any of it myself it'll void out the manufactures warranty. Ordered my first brand-new washer and dryer and am so happy with my choice. The delivery company Atlantic Transport Systems went above and beyond to get my washer and dryer installed!
Bought fencing and was told they install... spent 5,000 then was told we need to find our own installer what a joke.... then they call and only have half of the fence we ordered and delivered half and we are currently still waiting for the other half.... no one can answer any questions everyone is super rude and unwilling to help. I will go to lowes from now on worst experience ever. Very unprofessional and non helpful after spending a lot of money with them. Lesson learned.
The young lady I had in the outside glower Department Saturday 4/22/17 was so amazing. She stated this was her first year there and still learning but she did great!!! I forget her name but thank you to her for my beautiful flowers for my daughters wedding � in June.

I'm not normally sour as I enjoy home depot. But i recently purchased some puck lights at 50% solely cause the package was damaged. Great deal since I needed them. Went to install and it was missing the power cord for hardwire/plugin. Went to swap at store and the manager asked if I wanted to grab another and I said yes. Pretty excited to head home and put them in, when I get back to the register I am refunded and then charged full price. I said I want to swap. The manager left btw as I walked back.
