I had a great experience at your Home Depot in Milltown. My wife and I were looking for a new vanity for our bathroom and Patti the cashier came right over to us and directed us to the right aisle and the specials at the front of the store. Friendly and informative employees and we are very happy with our new vanity. Thank you Patti for a pleasurable experience.
Terrible experience!!!!! The customer service was the worst i ever experienced. I had to ask for help with looking for inflatables for my lawn for Christmas. Dawn came over and was abrupt and told me to go the garden area where the items were in boxes. She offered no assistance and acted like I was bothering her. Awful store. Would never ever shop there again. Home Depot doesn't offer world class customer service.
HORRIBLE experience!!!!! My husband and I are new homeowners. We went here and bought a few items totaling a little over $200. I remembered I had a gift card at home and a coupon and figured I would come back to the store to have the receipt adjusted. Went back to the store yesterday and all I can say is WOW. I was treated in such a disrespectful manner. This woman named Dawn (trust me I'd love to call her another name) says to me 'you expect me to return all these items on the receipt and adjust this?
