I usually never have an issue with this store until now. I ordered some shelving units and used the option to text when I’m here and it would be bought out to me. I waited in the car for over 25 minutes, then went into the store to ask where it is. I was told it will be out shortly. I asked if it typically takes this long. I was in this location yesterday with my toddler & boyfriend and had the worst experience. We all wore our masks throughout the entire time we were in home depot, and when we got to the self checkout register to pay, my toddler and boyfriend pulled it down off their noses because they couldn’t breathe. The girl overseeing the self check out line rudely demanded he put his mask back on, and he respectfully did. How hard is it to have accurate inventory. Marlboro Home Depot is out of something(deck stain samples). Checks Milltown Home Depot on computer, says they have 10. Calls Milltown Home Depot and confirms. Drive all the way to Milltown, and the shelf has 0. Inventory says 10. They look for 20 minutes and tell me they don’t have and they haven’t seen that item in a while. But yet you confirmed on the phone that you have it. Thanks for wasting my time. This happens all the time.

Take more care with following Executive Orders pertaining to Public Health issues.... Signs REQUIRE all customers AND associates to wear masks, yet plenty are walking around either without or improperly wearing masks...
Wanted to give a special shout out to Milltown Home Depot. Besides being just a great place for your home needs..... they have come through in a time of need. covid 19 ,is affecting many of us , and many are on the front line, there are too many professions out there to name that are putting our loved ones at risk . Store manager told my husband that he was the wrong type of veteran to receive a Veteran Discount. My husband was given a discount at this store for years and was refused today.
