No one answers the phone. Seems to be one manage and he's over worked. cashiers ring up big purchases wrong. I just spent 45 minutes at the service desk while one person working spent 45 minutes ringing up a toilet for a customer. There must be a better way to do business.

Worst customer service I walked around and around the store couldn't find any help so I left. Then I came back and looked for help again and couldn't find anyone again. Finally saw a employee in the plumbing department and asked for help and was told electrical wasn't his department. I asked could he get someone to assist me he radioed and asked a lady in the phone "while you meet someone in electrical for customer assistance" and she replied "no!!!!!!" He then told me "just go to aisle 6 and look for yourself"
