Always get great service. Quick easy and satisfactory. The Pro Desk makes contract jobs easy to bill. Love this place
SLOW!!!
No one answers the phone. Seems to be one manage and he's over worked. cashiers ring up big purchases wrong. I just spent 45 minutes at the service desk while one person working spent 45 minutes ringing up a toilet for a customer. There must be a better way to do business.
I love my job and the services provided before and after I became employed with the home depot!!
Worst customer service I walked around and around the store couldn't find any help so I left. Then I came back and looked for help again and couldn't find anyone again. Finally saw a employee in the plumbing department and asked for help and was told electrical wasn't his department. I asked could he get someone to assist me he radioed and asked a lady in the phone "while you meet someone in electrical for customer assistance" and she replied "no!!!!!!" He then told me "just go to aisle 6 and look for yourself"
