Employees are not trained properly. The pro services phone sale cashiers are under staffed. Always. It takes way too long for the contractors to get their material and get out the door.
I contacted this Home Depot to complain about a carpet cleaning machine and the damaged it caused and I was ignored. I will probably file a Better Business Bureau complaint. Changing to Lowe's.

Went to Home Depot to buy new Kitchen cabinets this morning and after not finding anyone to help us went to customer service counter and they said they would have someone there in a moment. After waiting a half hour we walked back to the customer service counter and told them we where going to Lowes. The girl and the counter just said that's fine have a good day.
