Horrible customer service! My family went to buy stain for our fence, the older man behind the paint counter was extremely rude to my husband. My 3yr old needed to use the restroom, the employee we asked directions from couldn't be bothered to look up from his phone and vaugly waved off in the direction of the restrooms.
A shout out to the people in customer service today who found my lost keys and called me!!!! I have been reunited with my car keys and I am so grateful!!!!
I love this store! Everyone's always helpful and takes the time to explain things to me and offer tips. I've even told people I'm going to work there part time after I retire!
The butchered my door install and when I sent them pictures to show how badly it was done. I was told they could do nothing for me. They also told me I needed to sand and paint it. I've called the store several times trying to reach the store manager and he's never available. Customer care has also been giving me the run around as well. I am not going to give up but I will never do business there again. Just one of the worst customer service experiences ever.
