see all other complaints about the "curbside pickup". I was told my order was ready for pickup. drove to the store and called the number for pickup. it rang forever and when someone finally answered I was immediately put on hold. after waiting for 10 minutes I went into the store only to be told I had to leave because I went in the wrong door even though that was the door by the curbside pickup. then stood in line for customer service then was told my order was in four different places and I would have to wait for it while t... read more
curbside service is the absolute worst! there was no parking. I was on hold for 15 minutes and it disconnected my call. had to track down and employee and he told me it would be an additional 30 minutes. the scariest part is I had to remind him to stand farther away from me as he wasn't wearing a mask. protect your employees!
RecommendedNeeded furnace filters which were listed as limited quantities online,so I could not order online.i called the store spoke to Luke who took the time to send someone to check the shelf and was nice enough to hold the three I needed so that I could just run in and grab them. The two ladies at the return desk were so friendly and helpful when I went to pick them up.
very poor customer service and a rip off in the carpet department wouldn't recommend this location at ALL!! when I also spoke up and said that's not what was told to me at customer service the lady then used well I'm head cashier. you title doesn't change what happened. it doesn't matter if you are the CEO I will voice I concern.
The most incompetent people I've ever worked with. Liars, dodgers, unprofessional stooges. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE IMBECILES!
The worst experience ever trying to purchase a new front door for my house. Almost 3 months later, correct door is still not installed. Store management seems incapable and unwilling to correct errors in a timely fashion. Save yourself a lot of grief and go ANYWHERE else but this store for home improvement items.
We went to buy a tree Friday 11/30 in the eve. The kid working the register had no idea what he was doing, it was cold and he took forever bc he knew no prices of anything and had to scan everything to check a price(tree stands specifically). The only helpful one was a young kid named Jared, he was trimming,netting and loading people's tress by himself. A couple other employees just standing around.
