Great store
I use the west Patchogue NY store. It is clean, well stocked and organized. I have had nothing but positive experiences with the workers there.
Checkout is bad. Used to be able to take advantage of entering and leaving store by most convenient door, now you CANNOT enter by Checkout. I saw an HD employee stationed at Checkout door chastising people as if they were children for attempting to enter by Checkout, which we have done for over 20 years. There are no cashiers, YOU MUST USE SELF CHECKOUT! Don't know how this saves Home Depot money because it seems like their are more people to direct and explain the self-checkout process than there were cashiers. I find mysel... read more
