For the second time, we have used Home Depot to deliver a new appliance and take away the old at our rental property. On both occasions they did not fullfill that aggreement. We had to both install the new and remove and dispose of the old. Neither time did Home Depot reach out to discuss the situation. The most recent delivery was by a gentleman that was also very short with our elderly tenant and rude to me on the phone. Negative review from me.
Maybe I was reading too much into the situation, but I feel like the staff was following me around thinking I was going to steal something. When I was approached and asked if I needed any help, although not directly rude or anything, the staff member was quick to get me on my way, to tell me they didn't have what I was looking for and not really giving me an opportunity to look for similar products.
