Very poor customer service
I came to buy products, left because the customer service folks are busy gossiping and throwing shade. No carts in the store, and tossing your yard staff under the bus instead of just offering to wrangle up a cart is a real classy move. The snide smirk really sold it. I can spend my money elsewhere. Toodles.
Editing my review as of June 2026, the service here was so bad. Not only did no one on the phone have answers to the questions, I also got several different answers, none of which were correct. Then, after placing the order, they would not deliver the rental service department cancelled reservations due to a lack of vehicles. There were vehicles in the parking lot when I passed that day (we needed one for not even an hour). So disappointed in my experience all around.
