Has anyone had success getting through by phone to any department at the Kamloops Home Depot. For 1 hr the automated system would forward me to a department and then it would ring and someone would pick up and hang up right away. Also the staff were not very knowledgeable of their department, except the paint department the women there are very good
We just had a fabulous shopping experience at the Kamloops Home Depot. Ahnaf in the lumber department, took care of us to ensure that we found the correct wood and items we needed to build a dock. His expertise, guidance, patience, kindness, and willingness to support us were so very appreciated. Honestly, he totally made my day. We will be back and are encouraging our friends and family members to do the same. Thank you!
