Excellent experience at Home Depot Tool Rental. The store was clean, organized, and the whole rental process was smooth from start to finish. Seth provided outstanding customer service. Friendly, professional, and genuinely appreciated customers who take care of the equipment. People like him create a great reflection of the store and make people want to come back. I am updating my review from two years ago and want to say the service has improved greatly. While they still have few cashiers and rely on self-checkout, there is always a helpful cashier at the self-checkout to ring in your items for you and then you use the kiosk to pay. Also, I have found many helpful people in the store when needed. The Service Desk staff were also very helpful arranging a large lumber purchase I made for a deck and fence.
Sells sod by 8 sq ft instead of standard 10 sq ft. Was not informed and ran short for job. Wasting time and wages going back and forth after running short. Also they charge more money than the standard 10sq ft roll at other suppliers. What a rip off!
A big thank you to Sean that not only teach us how to swing our doors load our car show us how to fold the seats in our car WHAT A NICE GUY workers like this makes easy spend money and a come back to the store for sure Thank u so much Sean we still laughing at us Niagara Falls Home Depot
