Went in to buy flooring for a bathroom. The associate helping me was not very helpful and in fact suggested I order the flooring on line because they had just received a shipment but it was still in the stock room. I then asked about the corresponding transition strip and she showed me a large display to look through, but didn't offer to help me find it. I visited 3 days ago in Niagara falls, and had great service from Stephan under the flooring dept. He was helpful and knowledgeable, and recommended the right materials. And I am very thankful to his patients for all my answers. I will definitely come back in the future because of his effort. Thank you again, great person, Stephan.
