Tool rental - we reserved the smaller drywall lift online as HD suggested we do after calling a few days prior to inquire. Reserved, arrived to pick up and sent gf in just to pick it up and pay while I park in loading zone. She comes out with the bigger one because apparently the small one wasn't actually available. Then they charged us more for the larger lift even though we didn't need it. Their mistake, customer is penalized.
