I had one of my best experiences at Home Depot Aurora thanks to Zoey. She helped me purchase a microwave, answered all my questions with patience, and had excellent technical knowledge. Zoey’s friendly smile and willingness to stay with me through the entire checkout process made the experience outstanding. Truly excellent customer service!
Zoe in the appliance section is outstanding. Her customer service is truly exceptional. She is very knowledgeable about KitchenAid appliances and gave thoughtful recommendations on the features that really matter in a kitchen. She made my purchase of over $3,500 feel like an easy and confident decision. I’ve had terrible experiences at other Home Depot locations (Downsview and Dufferin & Steeles), but working with Zoe restored my trust that there are still people at Home Depot you can rely on.
