The manager I just spoke with is rude with no empathy. The store just went to deliver a toilet to my 70 year old mother and refused to bring it in the bottom floor of her condo in town. She was in tears and they refused. The manager did not care that they were losing business. Do NOT shop at Home Depot. Shop at Home Hardware or any Canadian company in town. Pathetic customer service.
