Clean store helpful staff
Home Depot usually has good customer service. I needed a tool that was locked in a cage. I scanned the code for assistance, but the response was "looking for someone to assist you." This lasted for quite awhile with no help. I asked a HD lady if she could help me. Her response was - "Not my department." and continued to walk away. I saw two associates chewing the fat with another guy. They were not helping the guy look for anything as they were just sharing stories.
