Purchased and paid in full for $3200 worth of tile on a Friday. Was told it will be in that Monday. Nothing Monday. I called Tuesday and was told Thursday and a flooring associate would call me to confirm. Thursday nothing came. I called again now Monday again. I worked there for 5 years, they have made no improvements. If it’s not in stock never trust what any associate tells you. What a pathetic operation. We were basically lied to.
