I don't think it's a coincidence every time I'm in the store needing help that I encounter and employee willing to help. this morning zach went above and beyond helping me select the proper wood and helped me carry it. On top of that, he was kind and patient. These are the reasons why I go back to HD
Not sure what happened with this Home Depot but everything is locked up. Had to find someone to unlock the item I was looking for... And the employee then proceeded to ask if I needed anything else, insisting that they carry the item and escort me to the cashier. The whole vibe was super weird as if you are automatically presumed there to steal merchandise. Not what I would describe as customer friendly. I won't be back.
