I purchased a $1200 refrigerator. I was told it would be delivered in 10 days and that I would get a call 30 minutes prior to the delivery. I got the call at 11:30, left work and ran home to meet them. Nobody showed up. I called the number that I was provided and it said the delivery would occur between 12-4. So, I went back to work and then came home as soon as I could. I called the number again to make sure I didn’t miss the delivery and sure enough it said they were still in route. Home depot Waterville- we have air conditioners in stock now. Come on by!
Horrible experience with window installation. I waited all day to have 4 windows installed that they setup an appointment for me but no one ever came. I called the home depot number and waited on hold for 2 hours to see what's going on and no one answered. No one should have to go through this type of experience!
went to buy a picnic table they had online, said had 9 in stock... drove down got an "I dont know" from 4 people (must be the motto).. finally got an "we can't sell it cause it's going on sale" I even offered to pay retail price, they still said no
HD is getting really bad, my hubby is a disabled vet and they are cutting way back on Military Discounts. Went and bought some shelf brackets the other day and a couple of other things and NO Military Discount. The cashier told us that HD is doing away with a lot of the items that were eligible for the discount . ... CHEAP SOB's .... time to go to Lowes
Spent $1400 on a washer and dryer set, elected to have them delivered to our home. After the mess the delivery men made(left styrofoam and plastic in our drive way) and not installing our dryer properly we won't do that again. I understand they are a third party however Home Depot also chooses to have them represent them on these deliveries. My husband shouldn't have to pull the dryer back out and fix it, but he did so that it would work properly.
This store is managed by two of the biggest liars you will ever meet. It also runs down to the store employees. I was lied to by Mike and Cathy several time about the order. If you have to do a special order Do Not Do IT !!!!!!!!! Go to Topsham or another Home Depot that has qualified management in place
Purchased HOME ACCENTS HOLIDAY lights (200 LED) last season. Put them up today and less that 1/4 of each strand lit. Took them back with a receipt. Customer service stated that the 3 year warranty was with the company not them. Very poor customer service.
You delivered a stove to my grandmother and it was severely damaged and refused to give her a new one or a refund. Will be calling corporate and filing with the Better Business Bureau. Manager Mike, hope you don't enjoy your job...
