If you are going to close down all your lanes and only have self check out available, thats fine. But I don't need your employee standing, staring at me less than 6 feet away while I scan each of my items. Then feel the need to ask me if I had scanned all my items. Next time I'll just drive to Lowe's.
We bought a 2100.00 John Deere tractor mower here. Got it home and it ran for about 45 minutes. Shut down, wouldn't work. We live 40 minutes away. We were offered a 200.00 discount on a new mower...after buying a trailer, filling the tank, traveling both ways twice and 2 hours on the phone. my time and gas money is worth more than that. This is not specific to the Waterville store — all my interactions at the Waterville store have been nothing but professional. This is a comment about Home Depot’s overall product quality and customer service experience. It only takes one poor customer service experience to ruin an entire business interaction. quick easy and hassle free return
yesterday we found a $1,500 tractor online that was available. We paid for it and drove nearly 1 hour today to pick it up. Parked at curbside pickup and I called in. I spoke with three different people who gave me four different stories eventually telling us that they had sold our tractor and another was being assembled but they couldn't tell me how long it would take. My husband went into the store and they suddenly found his tractor and brought it out and loaded it for us
they are not following covid guidelines. too many people in the store and no accounting for those going in or out. any exit or entrance is acceptable and distancing other than check out is absurd!
shout out to the employees at wtvl home Depot . I went today to purchase a new grill and that place is a mad house. So much appreciation and respect for all of you that are busting your butts during these crazy times. A really helpful associate named Chris assisted me and another man who's name I didn't get (tall African America kid) helped get my new grill to the car. Everyone was super helpful and patient in what was obviously a busy time! Thanks again!
Sliced finger open on a packing staple while sifting through stack of lumber. An assistant manager filled out an incident report and sent me to ED where i was stitched up. I was told that their insurance would cover the bill and to have the hospital run it as a third party liability and to not use my insurance. After several weeks their insurance told me that the packing company should be responsible and denied the claim leaving me with a $800 bill plus my wedding ring was cut off due to swelling.
