I bought a refrigerator two years ago and the protection plan for it. I called the plan on Aug. 1 because the fridge started making a very loud noise. As of today, Aug. 14, I still have not had a service call. Some protection plan!
Rude, poor customer service! Cashier said she could return my item without a receipt. I walk out to get it, I come back in they make me take a gift card so I have to spend my money with them for whatever reason. Management said take it with you or take the store credit. Should have went to Walmart!
