Went there first thing this morning with my Rocky dog and Jessica was so helpful First tree she picked out I loved and bought!!! Excellent customer service!!!

Picked out our tree, bought a poinsettia, and the tree guys tied the 5' Noble fir to my roof. Made it about 1 1/2 miles away and the tree slid so far off my roof, I couldn't even get out of my car door to fix it. I had to climb out my son's side and we pulled it back on. We drove super slow home (22miles) and had to stop about 4 times to pull it back on. Maybe a bit more training or common sense on how to tie a tree to a roof, or just don't offer and let me do it.
I bought an air conditioner/heater system through Home Depot in 2011 and am very satisfied with it. ARS maintained my system for a long time and I was satisfied with them too. Then in 2016 Right Time Home Services took over for ARS and they weren't with us very long. They decided it was too far to come (I live in Newberry Springs) and notified me over the phone. I had requested several times if they could recommend someone else to service my system, but have not received any names yet. It should have good customer service to... read more
Way to small. Sucks that its the only hardware store inside of 30 miles. EXPAND IT
