Worst customer service. Ordered 2 appliances 2/18 to be delivered, called said the truck broke down and could not deliver for another 6 days. I cancelled the order to go buy at Lowes as I could not wait another 6 days. It is now 6 days after cancelling and they still will not refund my money. They are waiting on a RGA# from Maytag before they can even start my refund. Keep in mind I never ever got the appliances. Now they are saying it will not be until March 2 before Maytag issues the number then another 3-7 days for my ref... read more
Nobody came to help us in plants, we couldn't find anyone. Once we got help, they were very nice.
