My name is Steve Kimpton. I've been shopping at the Pulaski store for almost 4 years. I've been in there every day for probably a month picking up items to do some improvements at my house. today I was trying to load sheetrock and I was run out of the aisle because the forklift came down there to put sheets back. The forklift operator got off the forklift in left and I stood there waiting to get back in to finish loading my sheetrock. I decided I wasn't going to wait. extremely disappointed. could not get assistance even after having an associate paged to help. Not the first time, but might be the last. Sad, really, because there are some associates there who are ALWAYS willing to help. Seems others are simply there for a check.

get employees that a customer can find to help you . can never locate a store employee or else their all in a bunch some where visiting with each other. feel like heack breaking into their conversation for help. you need John Coleman back as he was always eager to help. Pulaski Home Depot is the worst store for help of any home depot or Lowe's that I've been in.
