I purchased a new Whirlpool dishwasher a week and a half ago. I set up delivery for this past Thursday and took off work to be home for the delivery. The delivery guys from Bloomington were very polite, but to our surprise when we opened the box...parts on the dishwasher were broken and the unit defective. So they took it back. everyone is so nice and the captain of the kids workshop is the best
Most of the time you can’t find anyone to help you- went in twice for the same thing. First day the one guy was with a customer for over 20 mins and no one else was around. Went back the next day, today, and could not find an employee anywhere in the wood section. Walked 5 aisles and no one. Went to the front and there was a guy there with a customer but only one guy and he was busy so I left after 15 mins waiting. Went to menards and got what I needed and got helped within 5 mins.
Waited over 30 minutes for help attempting to buy appliances. Once someone helped me they didn't have the item in stock and would have to wait several weeks for delivery. Went to Shermans, got a better deal on a better appliance and will be delivered this week.

Very disappointed this time. And I hate to say that, because I love Home Depot. Called ahead to see if they had an item, was told yes they do, drive 30+ min to be told no they won't have it for 2 more months...thanks.
My sons school had a field trip there and the staff was friendly I love when they do the hands-on arts and crafts highly recommend taking a vantage of their free arts and crafts especially during the winter time
If you need customer service, do not go to store in Peru, Il. . Do not buy an appliance from there either.
