RecommendedAll the employees are super friendly.
Ordered a door June 2. July 8 I called, they said 3-4 weeks and come to find out the door has been there since the 26th. Oh sorry it got lost in the shuffle. Get the door today and it’s got scrapes etc. This used to be a great store to do business with and now it’s a joke
This place is a joke with awful customer service! Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else!
the fact that they never answer there darn phone when you call but when you go in there the amount of employees that are standing around right by the phone is ridiculous I called the 3 times and sat on hold for 15 mins each with the last one being answered then hung up with nothing said

Home depot price match policy says- If you find a current lower price on an identical, in-stock item from any other retailer, we will match the price. Went to the Peru, IL store today, at first was told that they weren't price matching now due to the Coronavirus situation. Then after talking to a manager on the phone, I was told they are price matching still. After telling him that the price match ward with Lowes, I was told that he wouldn't price match Lowes because they aren't in the same town. They've price matched Lowes ... read more
Buyer beware. If they do not stock an item they will charge you delivery even when picking up at the store. Worst was there was no forewarnings.
Excellent paint department with employees who really know their department and the products.
