this store does not care about the pandemic none of their employees are wearing Master glove or requiring social distance I was told by the manager that this flu is all a hoax and if we don't like shopping there then don't I think it's a poor situation to be putting so many people in the public in danger
This stupid line and letting people in a handful at a time a absolutely ridiculous. You're not costco, quit acting special. There is plenty of room in there for people to shop.
Lack of knowledge, terrible service. Rarely have anything you need in stock but tell you they can order it and then up the price by doing so. They don't actually keep inventory of appliances on site so if you are in a emergency fix like we were to get a washer better off going somewhere else. Waited 2 weeks and then they were 4 days late from the date they gave us. I will never again order a major appliance from Home Depot. This is the 2nd time in less than 5 years there has been a problem with delivery. No one seems to care. Cutting up my cards, DONE!
This store is great for buying appliances. Service is poor. But when you find someone they do all they can to help you. I am looking for a washer and dryer now.
All of a sudden they tell me that I can no longer receive a Veteran's Discount when buying an appliance. They gave me one last year when I bought a freezer. Went back today with the intent of buying a new fridge and a new hot water heater, and they said they don't do that for appliances anymore. Lost my business.
Cheats! Really bad customer service. Went in and got a quote for a new countertop and when I ordered it they upped the price over $400! Do not shop here!
Came in and stood at carpet for over 30 minutes. Asked an associate for help and was told someone would be over. No one came. 6 associates walked passed us, not one said hi, or asked if they could help. Done waiting and will go elsewhere. Thanks for the lack of help.
