Thank you Home Depot. You have an employee in the kitchen countertop area named Bill who deserves recognition. I'll shop at Home Depot from now on. This is the review I just left on the Lowes Home Improvement page. "Went in to price countertops. I wanted the laminate ones they come measure for then install. The man at the desk looked at our measurements then proceeded to tell me that the countertop I was looking at was no cheaper than granite. He figured both and said for 500.00 more I could get granite. Granite would be 340... read more
Not sure what is going on with the 5/$10 bags of mulch sale. Bought 40 at 5/$10 went back two days later to buy 40 more bags and the price increased to 4/$10. Personnel said the sale went off. I received email today saying sale dates 4/5-4/15 bags of mulch 5/$10. That is bad business and bad promoting.
Yesterday was amazing and reaffirmed why I shop Home Depot. Steve was so informative when I told him my needs. George heard me asking questions and gave his input which helped me make a great purchase which will suit our needs as we are definitely not young. They all, including the welcome lady, try to locate lost keys. A definite 10+ day. Had I needed another appliance Ms. Elaine would be there t guide and inform. Thank you
As I read past reviews people are saying that there is no customer service. I have determined that is NOT a lie. It is like a ghost town when you get past the door greeter, the employees are playing hide and seek. You would think management would be able to see this but I guess they are hiding in their office turning a blind eye to the situation.
Had probably the worst customer service of any home improvement store I ever went in. Employees would turn around or take an isle before speaking with anyone. I had to get the Behr paint guy to mix my paint as there was no HD person to come to the counter in a 25 minute time frame. Also had other customers he had to help. Damn shame my wife got the HD credit card instead of Lowes. Will be going to Lowes and paying cash from now on. #homedepotsucks
The place to shop for all your home product needs.
I shop there all the time. Great customer service. Anna is great with metal orders.
This Home Depot has very few workers , and when I needed help in the garden dept. For pool supplies .. I was yelling hello and body working here ? 4 times I yelled and waited in between for someone to assist or say something ! But eventually a gentleman came pushing a cart . I waved at him .(mind ypu he never heard my calls for help) the items I wanted were on the top shelf .. I am 5 '2" these shelves were made for Omar the giant , not for shrimps like Me! I do commend thus store for having pool supplies this late in the sea... read more
