Poor customer service. Looking for paint and potentially purchasing snow blower. Ignored by 5 employees....guess business is great so no need for customer service!

I recently purchased a riding lawn mower and was sheduled to have it delivered 7 days later. They called me on delivery day stating they did not have the lawn mower in stock and were unsure how i was able to purchase the item. I purchased in store. They had 2 in stock. Some people leaving reveiws are pretty ungreatful. Big picture here is no they don’t always have staff who knows everything you’re asking. Most of the people who work there a diy’rs like you and I. Anyway, i’m just happy to have a place that offers plumbing supplies in the area for a good price and great return policy.Staff is good, and a few have taught me things I didn’t know. These guys get 5 stars from me.
Better customer service defective product refused to compensate
The level of incompetence this store displays is laughable at best. Unqualified staff, lying customer service representatives and an overall lack of knowledge by management and employees.
Your customer service after the sale sucks! It will be a very long time, if ever, that I buy from Home Depot again. Extremely frustrating trying to speak to the appropriate person on the phone to resolve a problem. Your 1-877 number for delivery information and assistance is a JOKE. Workers called to confirm a delivery time, never showed up the next day, never called to say why.
