I love my Home Depot. The associates in there are always helpful, they ask if they can help find anything, and are knowledgeable. They are way better than Lowe's.
Husband ordered over $1,800 worth of Cedar OVER FOUR WEEKS AGO. Paid for it. Still waiting. Lies still being told. Needless to say McCoy's will now receive our business. NOONE EVER KNOW WHAT TO DO OR HOW TO DO IT. even loader guys can't load a trailer. Corporate really should step In. ..... Now we are here trying to get a refund for items ordered 26 days ago. And now this seems to be difficult as well
Shame shame on you. Dont buy from them. They REFUSED TO HONOR VETERANS WHO DO NOT HAVE A DISABILITY OR RETIREMENT CONNECTION..What does that tell the AMERICANS WHO SERVED SO HOME DEPOT COULD RUN THIER BUSINESS IN OUR GREAT COUNTRY...It tells me they feel just fine slapping us in the face. SHOP AT LOWES, THEY HONOR ALL VETERANS.
Not impressed with their current level, or lack of, customer service! Why are you selling a product for $2000, that quits working after 1 year?!? Why does your manager send me to deal with an appliance associate instead of dealing with it herself? I have been a loyal home depot customer until now. This is ridiculous...
They have comparable prices as Others and sometimes have things others don't, only disappointment is that they quit giving all veterans a discount except on military related holidays......the "other" place still gives veteran discount anytime you ask!
