RecommendedI would like to recognize Luke in the garden center. We purchased a Cub Cadet yesterday and he was very helpful and polite. Also Jennifer H. at the service desk was very friendly and helpful. The other Jennifer seemed rude and not friendly so I was glad that she turned our purchase over to Jennifer H. Thanks Home Depot for providing some nice sells people!

We were buying appliances for our new house. The lady in that department deserves a huge raise!!!! She was the most helpful, kindest sales person I've ever dealt with. Her name is Donna. She's awesome!!!
we lost power due to a tornado told us it might be weeks for power 3 days later finally found the part for our generator only it was an hour away got to Lufkin after they was closed and they still able to find my order jm so glad to have electricity thank you so much
Customer service is lacking. They are not willing to work with the customer to make their mistakes right. On top of that, the woman we spoke to was rude and condescending. We will not be going back.

We bought a Stainless Steel Whirlpool French Door Fridge from Home Dept last year ! The ice maker has quit for the second time ! Even though we have the extended warranty no one has been found to repair it ! We keep getting the run around , and it has been 2 weeks now !
Always very helpful and nice. So much better than Lowe's, they are very rude and no help at Lowe's. So will forever go to Home Depot
