Customer service at the register and the (I am assuming the front end supervisor ) was rude and un helpful. I will go elsewhere from now on. I asked them to check something and they both refused. Augusta Maine. :( I lost money on the sale.
Go and spend $20+ on some 16" shelving, get home and the guy at Augusta, ME Hope Depot cut it the wrong length!! I can't tell you how frickin' angry and disappointed I am.......... 20 miles back to return or go to Lowe's -----> That is the question!

While in Home Depot today,shopping for a kitchen re-do, I started a huge coughing fit, I mean huge. Beth, an employee, went out of here way to go up to the front of the store to bring me a bottle of water. I would really like her and let you know that its the excellent customer service and the personal connections that make a world of difference. Thank you very much Beth, you are a life saver!
