Follow up. I purchased a washer and dryer and which were scheduled after a few weeks to arrive on Monday. The truck arrived without the washer and dryer and said they would return later in the week. They did not return this week and I have no future delivery date. The name of the shipping company is Atlantic. I called Home Depot twice and they assured me I would receive a call and a shipping date from Atlantic shipping which did not occur... I am out the $ with no product. Next call better business bureau!
Very poor compliance to heat mandates. I may return when I KNOW it is a much safer environment.
Customer service is terrible. Can’t get a phone call back about anything. Drove an hour after making an appointment for customs countertops. Their associate had called in sick and after waiting another hour in store they finally let me know that he wasn’t going to be in. If you don’t have simple items that you need, don’t go to Home Depot.
Hire new customer service staff
As a delivery driver delivering their product out of Montgomery New York I called ahead because I was going to be early and they took me right at 06:00. I truly appreciate this kind of service. I didn't get the receivers name however he is a really nice guy. Matthew Simmons Hartt Transportation

Sherry in the kitchen design department is super easy to work with and very accommodating!
had to return my new sink that we special ordered because it had s couple cracks in it. the associate that helped me I believe her name was Rosie did a great job helping me. all I wanted was a new sink but she got me a discount on the new one and gave me a sincere apology for the inconvience. this was the only time I've had to ever return anything from home depot and I am very impressed with the way it was handled.
