We just called Branson home depot with questions and Ashley in air conditioning area was fantastic. We placed an order w a request to hold mdse until we can pick it up. No matter what questions we ask, she handled them with kindness and efficiency.
So I need some new thermostats. I found exactly what I wanted after a lot of research and Amazon sold them for $159. The Home Depot in Branson sells them for $199. They won't honor Amazon's price because "it's not a local business" and yet, Home Depot will lose my "local business" because they don't recognize them. I made 2 purchases this week. Both receipts had a survey at the bottom to enter for $5K gift card. Neither of the user ID or the password printed on the receipts work. WHY?? Tried to email, but there is no email the website
Sorry to see disappointed people, but you either been there during weekend's or have not talked with the right people. You need to talk with Norma at contractor desk promise you will not be disappointed again, she the reason why home depot have my business back . She works hard to keep happy customer. I wish there was a rating lower than a 1. Insufficient product, inferior staff, and they don't care enough about their customers or their reputation to fix their problems in a timely manner. No, I won't check back, I will cancel my order and get a refund.

It is shameful how a business like Home Depot would display the American flag in our country while it is tattered and torn and shown no respect. I saw this today at Home Depot. Branso Missouri. Very sad where veterans are supposed to be honored or at least appreciated disrespect goes on without thought or concern. This flag needs to be replaced and given the respect that it deserves. This flag should be correctly handled and treated with patriotism.
Don't go there for a custom door/install. Still trying to get a door install finished after 2 weeks and it still is not right.
After today's experience at The Home Depot. I am pretty much done with major hardware chains. Their lack of customer service cost them a $1,500.00 sale today, plus whatever I might have spent in the future. Seriously Home Depot....you really need to train your folks better.
