I ordered a washer and dryer on May 16 2020. This was done in the store and the ones I ordered were on display. I had to wait 25 minutes before someone could help me because there was nobody in the appliance department. After an employee from a different department paged two times for someone to come help me that employee finally just helped me themselves once they got done with their customers since no one ever showed up. I love shopping at the Home Depot. But this is the second month in a row that the Branson location has not ordered the kid projects. I understand the lady who normally does this has been out on a leave of absence, but management should have taken care of this! now I'm driving to Springfield Missouri to get my two projects for my kids!

First call to store to follow up on an order placed April 6th. Was eta to store 21st thru 24th. Young lady put me in hold off and on trying to track it down for 25 minutes. Said it somehow was not showing up. So I say fine, I’ll go to Menards and go with my option 2. She then calls me back and gives me the 800 number as she said I need to cancel the order as it is on Back Order. Hmmm she found it. Pure torture being on hold to cancel $1,000 order for 2 doors. You suck Home Depot. Still hanging on hold.
