I'm so pissed! Two weeks ago Home Depot had a tent sale for rugs. I bought one on sale for $399.00. Today I'm in the store and it's on sale. It's says original price of 197.00 currently $149.00 and I'm told the tent sale is not part of them, a company marks them up and makes it look like a sale! Talk about a SCAM!! And yes my cart full of stuff totaling over a $1000.00 worth of stuff was left.
Went to buy a grill at Home Depot in Lewes. Grills were in 4 different places, half didn't have prices on them. I area had grills but you could not even look at them because they were wrapped up in plastic and could not get them open. Finally left because no one seemed interest in helping.
Waiting to see if Home Depot cares about their customers. So far I'm not impressed by their service. Three months to fix a $2,100 refrigerator and no one seems to care.
Needed firewood, called ahead and was told they had it in stock, but when we came to the store they where out, but because I was told they had it they cut pine scrap wood for me free of charge. Now that's what I call good customer service.
Hey Home Depot...train your sales associates better. When you sell a stackable washer/dryer you also need the kit. And when the customer goes back into your store to purchase the kit you're out if stock. Then instead of ordering the kit in your store which you claim you could not order, you send the customer out with phone numbers to order it themselves. Which were no HELP!!!!!! BTW the kit was ordered from your websites customer service phone number. And will be here this Friday. Poor customer service!!!!!!!
