I would like to return a quart of paint. I’ve done my part and patiently returned the paint three times. The paint which they first matched hasn’t been matched correctly and I give up! I can’t easily locate my receipt but would gladly settle for my $20 store credit. Can you provide a store managers name so I can get this done?
Purchased a washer and dryer set from Home Depot. I gave the measurements of my "laundry closet" to the salesman. He crumbled it up without looking at it and said all the dryers would fit in the area. They had many washer / dryer sets on the floor but apparently, you could not order them or have the ones on the floor. I ended up ordering a maytag washer and steam dryer. Worst customer service ever!
Customer service terrible! Extended warranty's are a joke! Cancelling my Home Depot card and going to Lowes where they care about their customers!😡
their staff is ignorant and not knowledgeable about the product they sell in store or even where to find the information.
I bought a dishwasher at Home Depot they are the most unreliable dishonest people I would never recommend them to anyone they took my dishwasher away without connecting new one and now I have nothing but a new one that doesn’t work! The installers they sent were with a shady odor and very shakey and scared us didn’t want us to write on the work order I really would not shop there! Very dissatisfied!

I was with my friend while she experienced and is still experiencing horrific service with washer and dryer 3rd party delivery and installation - still can't use the washer and Home Depot won't back it up. Agent at Home Depot stated they are getting rid of 3rd party delivery and installation people due to the complaints. Even though they acknowledge the issue they won't support the customer to get the washer properly installed.
